In his first three years in real estate, Dean quickly established himself as a leading realtor in the city, receiving multiple awards for his achievements. After enjoying a successful start to his career, Dean was invited to join RE/MAX Hallmark in 2008. Dean’s transition was a seamless one, and his motivation and keen desire to serve his clients well continue to place him among the top realtors in the organization today.

A native of Toronto and resident of Leslieville, Dean lives with his wife, an architectural technologist, and two dogs, Tau and Ripley. When not hard at work, you might find him out on the local soccer field going for the goal or off on a journey of discovery and delight of the best hidden dining in Toronto.

Knowing Eddie’s personality and talents were a natural fit for real estate, childhood friend, and now colleague, Dean Da Silva convinced Eddie to step into the world of real estate and to join RE/MAX Hallmark — he hasn’t looked back since.

Eddie appreciates that real estate is a personal undertaking for buyers, sellers and investors, and truly respects his relationships with the people he represents. He strives to effectively ease their concerns by ensuring that all bases are covered throughout the transaction. He has an innate ability to listen to, anticipate, and respond to a client’s specific needs. His enthusiasm and kind spirit shine through in the individual service he provides.

A fan of contemporary architecture, Eddie focuses on residential real estate. He himself has been a buyer, seller and landlord and has lived in various types of dwellings (i.e. house, townhouse and condo). Eddie often shares with his clients lessons learned from his own personal experiences.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Eddie’s career encompassed both private and public sectors and included roles in management, marketing and communications, and project management. Recognized by many as a visionary, he inspires ideas and strategies into positive action for improvement and advancement.

Although born and raised in Toronto, Eddie is a veteran world traveller who has covered six continents of the globe. Many of his travels were linked to his passion for beach volleyball, a sport in which he competed at the International level. Motivated to excel in the game, he literally went the extra mile towards his goal and settled overseas for a time to train with the sport’s best athletes and coaches. Eddie continues to be involved in beach volleyball as a coach with Canada’s National Practice Centre.
