
Many of my clients are looking for a new or newer condo to purchase. The appeal of contemporary finishes, clean lines and modern appliances and fixtures are too hard to pass up. For most of them, however, purchasing a turn-key resale condo is their only option as they cannot afford to both purchase a condo and renovate it or they just do not want to deal with renovations. The challenge with newer condos is that they usually come with a higher price tag but smaller footprint (square footage).
