Many of my clients are looking for a new or newer condo to purchase. The appeal of contemporary finishes, clean lines and modern appliances and fixtures are too hard to pass up. For most of them, however, purchasing a turn-key resale condo is their only option as they cannot afford to both purchase a condo and renovate it or they just do not want to deal with renovations. Freed Developments and Minto Group’s Proposed Condo at Bathurst and Front

What started off as a contentious development resulting from its overbearing design could get approval from Toronto’s Planning Department on January 30th.

Revised from its original design, a joint venture by developers Freed Developments and Minto Group is planned for Front and Bathursts Streets, right beside Tridel’s Rêve. The condominium project will boast a 19-storey building on Bathurst attached to a 15-storey building at Niagara Street.
