In a city where green space is limited could a concrete highway be a solution?
For years now, the City has been debating on what to do with a section of the Gardiner Expressway. Some suggest to tear down the highway, while others want to keep and/or improve it. But in a city where green space is limited the thought of turning this stretch of the highway in to a green roof is innovative.
