Coming to Leslieville

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is acquiring a new fleet of 204 streetcars to replace the aging vehicles purchased in the 1970′s and 80′s. The new fleet will be low-floor, quieter, include air conditioning, and be able to carry almost twice as many people as the current TTC streetcars. The new vehicles will have leading-edge clean technology for better reliability and performance.
